Subhash Mittal & Associates is a Delhi based
Chartered Accountants firm, having its own practice
since 1989 with vast exposure in the field of Govt
sector. In addition to our head office, we have
three branch Offices viz. one in U.P [Ghaziabad] and
one in Haryana [Faridabad] and one in Delhi. Our
firm has four partners, most of them with more than
fifteen to twenty five years of experience in the
field of auditing. We have undertaken a large number
of audits of different social development projects
funded by different funding agencies.
Core Strength
Subhash Mittal & Associates, Chartered Accountants,
(SMA) is providing audit assurances, consultancy
services, and taxation. It has over past 16 years
undertaken a number of assignments both for Indian
and international agencies. The partners of the firm
are having an excellent background, with
international exposure and also having worked in
senior positions in international audit firms. In
this role, they have handled a number of audit of
international organisations.
Exposure with Govt. sector and International
funding agencies
We have vast exposure in the area of providing
audit assurances for projects. We have undertaken
audit assignments number of bilateral agencies. We
have also been providing regular audit services to
various organisations. An external audit of more
than 10 years was undertaken of a international
funded project at Bhutan.
Sector Specific Exposure
We have also participated on behalf of World
Bank on projects relating to Pradhan Mantri Gram
Sadak Yojna in state of Jharkhand, Gujarat State
Highway Project., Punjab Road & Bridges Board-
Chandigarh,
We have also undertaken a special audit for an
international funding agency in Mysore University
and certain Technical Institutes at Bahadurgarh,
Haryana. We were also regular auditors for 3 years
for a Delhi Administration run Tool Room Training
Centre, New Delhi. In addition, we have undertaken
audits of a large number of branches for a number of
nationalised banks, such as SBI, PNB, OBC, Canara
Bank, etc.
Empanelled With
We are also empanelled with a number of
organizations like, CAG, RBI, Delhi High Court,
Official Liquidator, Registrar Delhi Cooperative
Societies and Haryana state committee for
determining fees for private colleges.
Consultancy Work
In addition to audits, we have undertaken a
number of consultancy assignments, involving
financial reviews, writing accounts & procurement
manuals, undertaking specialized studies, etc. For

profile. One of our partners has associated with a
large number of government projects on financial
management assignments. He has experience of
associating with different projects in more than 10
states.
IT Exposure
We have also inhouse IT capacities, we have been
involved in development of a number of software,
etc. Two of our partners have professional
qualifications in IT system audits. As Chartered
Accountants, we have detailed knowledge and
understanding of internal control and experience of
auditing a large number of organization. We believe
our combined strength of exposure of financial areas
alongwith IT strength will help us achieve better
results.
